Privacy
This is an honest Phase 0 privacy notice for CallingYou.AI while we pilot in Italy. It is not a substitute for a counsel-reviewed privacy policy.
Who we are
CallingYou.AI provides a disclosed AI phone assistant for local service businesses. For tenant customer calls, the business (tenant) is typically the data controller; CallingYou.AI acts as a processor / service provider.
AI disclosure on every call
Callers are told in the first assistant turn that they are speaking with a virtual assistant — an automatic AI system, not a person. Tenants cannot turn this off.
Recording
Call audio recording is off by default. If a tenant enables recording later, a separate in-call notice and consent step will apply before recording starts.
What we process
Depending on the flow: phone numbers, appointment details, short transcripts or messages, organization signup data, and technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
